Company-Initiated Cancellations

  • Full refunds will be issued within 7–10 business days in case of order cancellation due to material unavailability or pricing issues.

  • If cancellations are caused by third-party logistics delays (outside Trivandrum), applicable delivery or handling charges may be deducted.

Eligibility Criteria


Refund Process

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval

  • Mode: Same as original payment method (bank/card/UPI)

  • Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by us

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items

  • Raise a request within 48 hours of delivery, including clear images or videos as evidence

  • Replacements will be dispatched within 7–15 business days after inspection and approval

Deliveries Outside Trivandrum

  • Orders shipped through third-party logistics partners carry a shared risk for transit damage

  • Any transit damage must be reported within 48 hours with visual evidence

  • A joint investigation will be carried out in case of claims (including delivery partner, insurance, and customer cooperation)

  • All shipments are covered under third-party transit insurance

Force Majeure

  • Edit Furniture shall not be held liable for delays or non-fulfillment due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.)

  • Customers will be notified of revised timelines in such circumstances
