Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Editfurniture, every custom-made order begins only after the customer reconfirms key specifications such as size, material, finish, and layout. Once reconfirmed, raw material procurement starts within 2 business days. If any selected material is unavailable, our team will promptly suggest alternatives without affecting production timelines.
The manufacturing process typically begins within 3–6 days post-confirmation, followed by 4–5 days for production and 1 day for quality checks and packing. Before dispatch, a sales executive will contact you for final confirmation.
Standard delivery takes approximately 2–3 weeks from dispatch; however, during peak seasons or due to unforeseen delays, it may extend up to 6 weeks. In Trivandrum, delivery to Ground + 2 floors is free, with charges applicable for higher floors: ₹500 for Ground + 4, and ₹500 + ₹250 per additional floor beyond that.
Return & Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations after this period may incur charges based on the procurement or production stage. Since each piece is custom-made, returns are not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect or delivery error.
